Impotence in Women

Female depression or female sexual dysfunction is a temporary problem with sexual response, desire, orgasm or pain. It is a desire for pulled or restrained sex (ISD) characterized by a lack of sexual fantasy and a desire for sexual activity.

Objectionable sexual desire (ISD) refers to a low level of sexual interest that results in failure to initiate or respond to sexual activity or intimacy. ISD is a primary condition in which an individual has never experienced sexual desire, or a secondary where lack of interest is something new. ISDs are also sometimes specific to a partner, or may be a general attitude toward any potential partner.

The diagnosis of hypothetical sexual desire disorder refers to a lack of desire or the absence of repeated or repeated sexual fantasies. However, sexual performance may be satisfactory once the activity begins. This disorder is more common in women, although it affects both genders.

Low sexual harassment (sexual desire / disturbance) is a lack of interest in sexual activity and sexual thoughts. It is caused by depression, anxiety, stress, relationship problems, past experiences, medications, and, less frequently, hormone changes that reduce sexual desire. Improving relationships and setting for sexual activity and identifying what sexually stimulates women can help.

Temporary reductions in sexual interest are common. It is often caused by temporary conditions, such as fatigue. As a result, low levels of sexual harassment cause sexual thoughts, fantasies, and cravings for sexual activity to rise over a longer period than expected for a woman's age and longer sexual relationships. It is considered a harassment only if it harasses women and if the desire is not present throughout the sexual experience.

Depression, anxiety, stress, or problems in relationships usually reduce sexual desire and motivation. Having a poor sexual image also contributes, just like any other sexual experience, which may be due to one or both of the less skilled couples or because the woman does not communicate her sexual needs. Women with these disorders tend to be anxious and have frequent mood swings.

Because sex hormone levels such as estrogen and testosterone decrease with age, sexual desire may decrease with age. However, overall, low sexual desire disorders are as common in young healthy women as they are in older women. However, sex hormone changes can sometimes lead to low desire. For example, healthy young women, a sudden drop in sex hormone levels, as occurs in the first few weeks after birth, can cause sexual desire to decline. In middle-aged and older women, sexual appetite may decrease, but the relationship between decline and hormones has not been proven. In younger women, removal of both ovaries causes a sudden decline in sex hormones (estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone), as well as infertility. Also, the cause of removal may be cancer. All of these effects can contribute to low sexual desire.

One of the most useful steps is for women to identify and tell their partners that they are stimulating. Women may need to remind their partners that they need a preparatory activity that involves contact to prepare for sexual activity. For example, talking intimate, watching romantic or erotic videos, or dancing. Women may want to kiss, hug, or hug. They may want their partner to touch different parts of their body, then breast or foreplay before moving on to sex or other sexual activity involving penetration. Couples can experiment with different techniques or activities including fantasy and sex toys to find effective stimuli.

If the cause is pain due to atopic vaginitis, women may benefit from estrogen. If atopic vaginitis develops after menopause, taking estrogen by mouth or applying estrogen patches or gels to the arms or legs may be recommended. This form of estrogen affects the whole body and can help improve mood, reduce heat and sleep problems, maintain a healthy vagina, and maintain adequate lubrication for sexual relationships. All of these effects may make women more likely to have sex.
