There are two main types of seal hunters - Penetrating (reactive) and Topical (film making).

Sealer wraps, 100% of the product will penetrate the concrete surface. It does not change the color or properties of concrete. It fills a concrete hole from the inside. Sometimes they can be formulated as breathable sealers. Insulation seals provide protection against water, grease or other contaminants. They are usually made up of silanes, siloxanes, silicates or silicates. Silicone compounds are often used to paint the interior color concrete, while silanes are used as an internal preservative and exterior. Sealer sealers are also used to seal concrete countertops.

Topical triggers usually form films (or membranes) that protect the concrete surface from external elements. Topical triggers generally provide visual enhancement as well as topical protection. The typical life of acrylic sharpening is 1-2 years. Polyaspartic sharpening lasts over 5 - 8 years and they exhibit excellent resistance, chemical and UV resistance. However, they are quite expensive. Just like in life, you get what you pay for. For extreme conditions like those in commercial kitchens, animal baths, pharmaceutical plants and more, polyurethan-based topcoats may be appropriate.
