Is Coffee Really That Bad For You?

I know, you're still wondering, do I really want to read this article? I mean, I love coffee. So I really want to read about something that might say bad things about something I love? Trust me ...

I'm writing this because I was drinking coffee for a third cup of coffee for the day, so I hope that by the time I get to the bad things about how coffee is affecting your health, # 39; will finish this cup or I may have to throw it away and switch to something as terrible as water or worse, juice. Coffee has become so important to us that many of us drink it without giving a second thought to its implications for our health. How is it really that bad? I've heard that pregnant women and children can't drink it but they can't get any good, so how bad for us?

Well I think I mentioned the cost, in terms of money, first. If you're a Starbucks or a Moxie drinker, you'll pay more than three and a half dollars per small cup. That comes out to almost a thousand dollars a year, if you only drink one cup daily, Monday through Friday. The amount is higher if you drink more than one cup, drink on weekends, or order larger cups. A thousand dollars can cover two or three car payments. Hmm ... so if you want to know how you can skip some car payments every year without getting a credit on your credit, then there you go, hop on your Moxie upgrade. If you drink the cheap stuff you get at Walmart and brew at home, instead of paying a hundred dollars a year, if you drink it black. I don't think it looks bad.

According to some of the biggest sources of anxiety with coffee are the negative effects on the stomach and digestive system as a whole. So if you have rarely, if ever, burned the heart, but more and more commonly now, you think, coffee may be the cause. What's worse is that coffee's acidity is one of the causes of ulcers. Now if you've never had an ulcer, let me help you imagine what it would be like to have one. Imagine a tooth snake like a cobra, minus the poison, biting it with its strength into your arms or legs again and again. Now imagine that it's in your stomach and you can't do anything to stop it. I would say this quite accurately describes what the ulcer feels. You can't sleep, in fact you can't do anything except lock your stomach when the pain is severe. That is not to say that you can die from boils. A good sign of early stage ulcer is coughing up blood. Another thing to mention is that excessive use of coffee is a known cause of liver disorders, which can also lead to death. Another thing to note here is that these issues don't matter whether you drink decaf or regular coffee. In other words, the idea that decaf is better for you is a misunderstanding.

Another concern with regular coffee, as opposed to coffee, is that your coffee is actually addictive. Yes, you heard me right, that's an addiction. They also have products out there that should help you stop drinking coffee. I don't know if they are effective or not, but they are. If you plan on stopping naturally from escaping from the turkey this may not be the best way here. A better way is to slowly reduce your intake. Drink less and less daily until you stop.

Sexual function is another thing to consider for coffee drinkers. Although studies show that coffee can actually stimulate your sexual pleasure, the side effects may be that you are more stimulated and may experience premature ejaculation. This is an area where a cup or two can really get both you and your partner easier in the mood, but at a price. If sexual enjoyment is not a problem, then it may be best to avoid coffee at least twenty-four hours before sex.

Lastly I would like to mention that the US National Library of Medicine states that consuming too much coffee can lead to rapid pulse, excessive urination, nausea, vomiting, anxiety, anxiety, depression, tremors, and difficulty sleeping. Three standard eight-ounce cups of coffee daily is considered normal. We're talking about you drinking two or three pots yourself. So if you have one of these conditions, it may be because you drink too much coffee. This condition is more likely to occur if you drink regular coffee, and lemon juice is less likely to have this problem.

Since I was cutting my last coffee, I was still wondering if I was ready to give up my favorite beverage. I'm not a Starbucks or a Moxie so financially. I can definitely cut a few cups. However, I'm not sure if I'm willing to give up everything. Well, whatever you decide, whether to stop drinking coffee together or just adjust to your habits, let the beverage for your health.
